Two Kind Boys breakout debut production Rideshares & Rope Swings will soon hit the road.
This coming August, The Boys and their super talented pal Zoe Towne roll in to Halifax, Nova Scotia for the newly re-named Halifax Fringe Festival.
Before hitting the road, Rideshares & Rope Swings will be performed in Ottawa as a fundraiser for this one-stop micro-tour. Details forthcoming.
Rideshares & Rope Swings came out of the woodwork at the 2016 Ottawa Fringe, and quickly became a festival favourite, going on to take home the Prix Rideau Award for Outstanding New Creation and Emerging Artist of the year for playwright/Kind Boy Matt Hertendy.
This is the latest development in the #BoysBigSummer. In June, The Boys co-present House Show, a collaboration with fellow emerging Ottawa artists, and July will see a short workshop of Matt Hertendy’s new script The IKEA Play.
